Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Dallas, TX
CBT Therapist for Teens, Young Adults & Adults
I'm a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Fair Collective Counseling, a private therapy practice in the Highland Park/Uptown area of Dallas, TX.
The name "Fair Collective" means something specific to me. Therapy isn't a one-sided process—it's a collaborative relationship where we work together toward meaningful change. The collective is you and me: two people working toward the same goal. That collaborative relationship is the foundation of everything I do.
I work with older adolescents (16+), college students, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, major life transitions, new medical diagnoses, and relationship stress. My clients tend to be self-aware, motivated, and ready to do something different — even if they're not quite sure what that looks like yet.
I see clients in person at my Dallas office two days a week, and virtually Monday-Friday for anyone in Texas. I'm currently accepting new clients with no waitlist.

I’m a CBT therapist — but let me tell you what that actually means, because it’s not as clinical as it sounds.
CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The short version: the way you think affects the way you feel, and the way you feel affects what you do. When you’re stuck in a spiral — overthinking, avoiding, people-pleasing, shutting down — there’s usually a pattern underneath it driving the whole thing. CBT is how we find that pattern and disrupt it.
What makes my approach different from a lot of therapy is that we don’t just process. We build. Every client leaves with something tangible — a framework, a tool, a strategy they can actually use when things get hard. That’s important to me. I want therapy to make a real difference in your day-to-day life, not just in the session.
The foundation of my work. We identify the negative thought patterns keeping you stuck and redirect them toward something more useful — and more accurate.
I meet you where you are. If you have mixed feelings about change, that's okay — we work through it together rather than pushing past it.
We spend time on what's working and build from there. Progress-oriented, practical, and forward-moving.
No two clients are alike. Everything I do is tailored to your specific goals, personality, and pace.
Sessions are 55 minutes. We’ll talk about what’s been hard, what you’re hoping to change, and what a good outcome looks like for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you walk in.
We’ll set goals early and check in on them regularly. I’ll bring homework sometimes — small, specific things to try between sessions that reinforce what we’re working on. The work that happens outside the session is often where the real progress shows up.
I also bring humor and my own personality to sessions when it fits. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Some of the best moments happen when things get a little lighter.
I specialize in working with older adolescents (16+), college students, young adults, and adults. My sweet spot is 16–30.
That said, many of my adult clients found me for the same reasons: they wanted a therapist who was practical, warm, and not going to just nod at them for 50 minutes. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, we’re probably a good fit.
