The first session is an extended 75-minute assessment where we’ll talk about your goals, background, and what’s bringing you to therapy. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a plan that fits your needs.
I primarily work with older adolescents (16 years-old and above), college students, and young adults who may be seeking support with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or big life transitions.
Yes! I offer secure virtual therapy sessions as well as in-person sessions.
FAIR Collective is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, Carelon, and Quest Behavioral Health. For private pay or out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a Superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I also accept FSA/HSA.
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.
